Who we are
This policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit or buy from sekrethealth.com. The site is operated by Nutrapharm Manufacturing Industries (Pty) Ltd, 9-11 Coconut Grove, Shakashead, KwaZulu-Natal, 4418, South Africa.
What we collect
When you visit the site we automatically collect certain information about your device: your browser, IP address, time zone and some of the cookies on your device. As you browse we collect which pages and products you view, which sites or search terms brought you here, and how you interact with the site. We call this device information. It is gathered by cookies, log files, and web beacons, tags and pixels. The cookie policy explains each.
When you make or attempt a purchase we collect your name, billing address, shipping address, payment details, email address and phone number. We call this order information.
Personal information in this policy means both.
Why we collect it
We use order information to fulfil orders placed through the site, including processing payment, arranging delivery and sending invoices and confirmations. We also use it to communicate with you, to screen orders for risk or fraud, and, where it is in line with the preferences you have shared with us, to send you information or advertising about our products.
We use device information to screen for risk and fraud, in particular your IP address, and to improve the site, for example by generating analytics about how customers browse and by measuring our marketing.
Who else sees it
We share personal information with third parties that help us use it as described above. Shopify powers our online store; its privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy. Google Analytics helps us understand how customers use the site; Google’s policy is at google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy and you can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We may also share personal information to comply with the law, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request, or to protect our rights.
Advertising
We use personal information to show you targeted advertising and marketing we think may interest you. The Network Advertising Initiative explains how this works at networkadvertising.org. You can opt out of targeted advertising from Facebook at facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads, from Google at google.com/settings/ads/anonymous, from Bing at advertise.bingads.microsoft.com, and from many services at once at optout.aboutads.info.
We do not change how we collect and use data when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask that it be corrected, updated or deleted. Contact us using the details below.
We process your information to fulfil contracts with you, for example when you place an order, and otherwise to pursue the legitimate business interests listed above. Your information may be transferred outside South Africa, including to Canada and the United States, where our service providers operate.
How long we keep it
When you place an order we keep your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete it.
Minors
The site is not intended for anyone under the age of 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
