Sēkret Health is a brand of the Arthur Ford group. Orders arrive in Arthur Ford packaging with an Arthur Ford invoice.

Using this website

By accessing and using this website you warrant that you are legally entitled to do so and to buy the products offered for sale here, that the details you give us are true and complete, and that you are legally capable of concluding this transaction. If you are under 18 you warrant that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, or have obtained legal status in another manner.

Only you and Nutrapharm Manufacturing Industries (Pty) Ltd may enforce these terms. No third party may. We may suspend or end the operation of the website at any time without notice and without giving reasons.

Orders and payment

We debit the total value of your purchase against the card you use at the time of the transaction. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

We are not liable to you or to anyone else for loss or damage of any kind if you ask us to stop or cancel an order.

Delivery

We deliver Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 17h00, within 3 to 7 business days of your order. Full delivery terms, including what happens if you are not home, are on the shipping and returns page.

Returns and refunds

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges, except where there is a problem with the product, within 14 days and with proof of purchase. Your 7 day cooling off right under the ECT Act is unaffected. The full policy is on the shipping and returns page.

What our products are

These are complementary medicines and health supplements. They support health. They do not treat, cure or prevent disease, and nothing on this site should be read as saying otherwise.

Precautions are printed on every label. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking chronic medication, speak to your pharmacist before you start.

Accuracy of information

Sēkret Health makes every effort to ensure the information on this website is accurate. Where delays or out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform you.

Copyright and intellectual property

Copyright and all intellectual property rights in the materials on this website, including text, drawings, graphics, logos, icons and data, belong to Sēkret Health or its content suppliers and are protected by South African and international law. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, retransmission, distribution, sale, publication, broadcast or other exploitation of the materials, or any part of them, infringes those rights. You may use the materials only for your own information or to order products from us.

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks on this website are registered and unregistered trademarks of Sēkret Health. Nothing on this website grants a licence or right to use any of them without our prior written permission.

The address for service for all purposes relating to these terms, including notices, payments and the serving of process, is the physical address given above. Nutrapharm Manufacturing Industries (Pty) Ltd may change that address to any other physical address in South Africa by giving you notice.

Entire agreement

These terms and our privacy policy set out the entire agreement between you and us and replace all prior terms, conditions, warranties and representations to the fullest extent the law allows.

Other legal notices

Nutrapharm Manufacturing Industries (Pty) Ltd may cede, assign and delegate any of its rights and obligations under these terms. Each provision is severable. Any provision that is unenforceable in a jurisdiction is excluded there, to the extent it is unenforceable, and the rest remains in force.

If an event outside our reasonable control prevents us from meeting an obligation to you, that obligation and your corresponding obligation are suspended for as long as the event lasts. If it lasts longer than 14 days we may end the agreement by giving you notice. Such events include acts of God, strikes, theft, riots, war, the failure of telecommunications or power, government or court orders, export controls and shortages of transport.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa for any dispute connected with them. Time periods are calculated in GMT +2.
